Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated July 16, 2026. This policy applies to anyone reserving an identity, checking protection status, or integrating as a partner.

Prohibited uses

  • Reserving a name and ticker that infringes another party's trademark, brand, or clearly-established prior identity in bad faith.
  • Squatting on reservations you have no intent to launch, solely to deny availability or extort a fee from the legitimate owner of the brand.
  • Attempting to circumvent normalization (e.g. inserting invisible characters, homoglyphs, or excessive punctuation) to evade or falsely trigger a copycat match.
  • Submitting false market-cap milestone or bonding data, or otherwise attempting to fraudulently extend a protection window.
  • Using the API to scrape, denial-of-service, or otherwise degrade the registry for other users or integrated launchpads.
  • Misrepresenting your organization or integration intent in a partner request.
  • Using AntiVamp in furtherance of market manipulation, wash trading, or securities law violations in your jurisdiction.

Enforcement

We may reject, cancel, or fail to fund a reservation we reasonably believe violates this policy — reservation fees already paid remain non-refundable per the Terms of Service.

We may revoke partner API access for integrations that violate this policy or misuse the launch validation or reporting endpoints.

Enforcement decisions are made by AntiVamp based on the criteria above and evidence available to us; they are not adjudications of any legal claim.

Reporting a violation

If you believe a reservation, launch, or partner integration violates this policy — including a trademark or brand dispute over a reserved identity — email abuse@antivamp.io with supporting evidence.
